Note to Our Customers Regarding Covid-19 (Coronavirus)

Our thoughts are with all of those who are affected during this unprecedented time. We understand concerns that individuals may have regarding delivery of products ordered online, both in regard to unusual delivery times as well as safety.

In order to do our part in slowing the spread of Covid-19 and following the CDC’s recommendations of “social distancing,” we will only be going to the post office to ship out orders once per week (on Mondays, specifically.) This means that an order placed on a Tuesday would be shipped out on the following Monday, leading to a longer-than-usual delivery time. We thank you for your understanding and patience as we follow these safety measures.

In addition, because there’s no real way to know who could be carrying the virus in an asymptomatic stage, we HIGHLY recommend wiping down the exterior of your package before opening it and washing your hands afterwards. This virus can live on surfaces for a very long time without a host and is highly transmissible, so this should be your standard practice for any deliveries that you are receiving at this time. We will also be taking extra measures on our end to make sure that the contents of your package will be disinfected prior to shipping.
